However, we do not accept:

  • Mattresses
  • Carpets or rugs
  • Furniture
  • Electronics
  • Glass or plastic items
What is your service area?
We cover all of Central Florida, including Orlando, Tampa, Lakeland, Kissimmee, Daytona Beach, Winter Haven, and surrounding areas.
How does the partnership with American CRS work?
The partnership involves placing donation bins at your location, collecting items, and providing payments to your charity based on collected materials.

What types of donation bins do you provide?
We provide secure, weatherproof bins that are 4×4 feet in size with the following features:
  • A secure top for filling items
  • A bottom door for emptying collected items
  • A capacity of 200-250 lbs

These bins are designed for both indoor and outdoor use.

How long does it take to place bins after signing the agreement?
It typically takes 1-2 weeks depending on the number of bins needed and their availability.
Who is responsible for maintaining the bins?
We are responsible for maintaining the bins, ensuring they are clean, secure, and in good condition.
How are payments calculated?
Payments are made for each full bin collected from your location, and we pay at the time of pick-up.
Can we ask you to place bins in different locations if the property owners agree?
Yes, we can place bins in various locations as long as the property owners approve, and it benefits the charity.
What happens to the collected items after they are picked up?
The collected items are sorted, processed, and either reused, recycled, or sold, contributing to sustainability efforts and reducing landfill waste.
